- Significant experience in CGI, 3D content creation, or digital production
- Strong creative background as CGI Supervisor, Creative Director, Art Director, Technical Art Director, Innovation Director, or Creative Technology Lead
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, design, and creative production workflows
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and AI-assisted creative workflows
- Experience developing or implementing new production methodologies
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary projects with creative, technical, and business stakeholders
- Strong experience in CGI Production Pipelines, Product Visualization, or Digital Twins
- Strong experience in 3ds Max, Maya, V Ray, Blender, Houdini, or Unreal Engine
- Strong experience in Real-Time Rendering or Content Production Workflows
- Experience in AI & Emerging Technology such as Generative Image Models
- Experience in AI & Emerging Technology such as Multimodal AI
- Experience in AI & Emerging Technology such as Synthetic Content Generation
- Experience in AI & Emerging Technology such as Rapid Prototyping Tools
Aufgaben
- Operate between creative direction, CGI production, AI innovation, and technology development
- Discuss creative concepts with clients
- Design production workflows with CGI teams
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies
- Collaborate with developers on production platforms
- Explore, prototype, validate, and implement new creative production models
- Combine Digital Twins, CGI, AI, and automation into scalable production systems
- Work closely with Dev Lead and AI Lead to shape content production ecosystems
- Develop innovative workflows combining CGI, Digital Twins, Generative AI, and automation
- Explore how emerging technologies create new creative possibilities and production efficiencies
- Identify opportunities where technology unlocks new creative value for clients
- Rapidly build and test proof-of-concepts and production prototypes
- Validate concepts through hands-on exploration and iterative development
- Lead projects focused on designing and implementing new content production pipelines
- Translate client objectives into scalable creative production solutions
- Act as creative lead during transformation and innovation projects
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, CGI Artists, Developers, AI Specialists, and Client Stakeholders
- Help teams adopt new workflows and technologies successfully
- Stay at the forefront of CGI, AI, Digital Twins, Real-Time Rendering, and emerging creative technologies
- Help define the long-term innovation roadmap
