- •Define product opportunities and market direction
- •Collaborate with global and regional teams
- •Develop vision for hyper-localized products
- •Partner with product managers and engineers
- •Deepen company presence and infrastructure
- •Identify growth and expansion strategies
- •Manage licensing and regulatory registration processes
- •Coordinate and submit regulatory applications
- •Support fulfillment of local requirements
- •Oversee day-to-day authorization requirements
- •Lead the German branch and operations
- •Serve as a Director for the branch
- •Manage relationships with regulators and government
- •Represent the company to the BaFin
- •Maintain oversight of German business operations
- •Provide leadership to local functional leads
- •Participate in committees and board meetings
- •Drive brand awareness with marketing teams
- •Position the company as an industry player
- •Lead commercial discussions with industry partners
- •Improve product speed and cost efficiency
