- Coordinate and submit regulatory applications
- Support fulfillment of local requirements
- Oversee day-to-day authorization requirements
- Lead the German branch and operations
- Serve as a Director for the branch
- Manage relationships with regulators and government
- Represent the company to the BaFin
- Maintain oversight of German business operations
- Provide leadership to local functional leads
- Participate in committees and board meetings
- Drive brand awareness with marketing teams
- Position the company as an industry player
- Lead commercial discussions with industry partners
- Improve product speed and cost efficiency
