Anforderungen
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a balance sheet accountant or comparable university degree
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in international corporate structures
- Sound knowledge of IFRS and HGB
- Experience in preparation and reporting of VAT declarations and annual returns
- Experience in filing tax returns in cooperation with tax advisors
- Experience in working with external service providers and shared service centers
- Strong analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented work approach
- Very good Excel and ERP skills
- Strong communication skills in German and English (business fluent)
- Enjoyment of working in an international, dynamic environment
- Degree or professional qualification in accounting/finance or comparable university degree

Aufgaben
- Coordinate and guide all accounting activities by specialized teams in India
- Review and ensure quality of created postings, reconciliations, and financial reports
- Manage limited operational postings activity
- Report monthly IFRS financial statements to the Group
- Prepare and review data for VAT declarations and annual returns
- Calculate and document all provisions
- Prepare and reconcile HGB financial statements including notes and management report
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and timely tax returns
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and authorities
- Ensure correct payroll posting with HR and external service providers
- Coordinate and document all intercompany settlements
- Continuously develop and optimize finance and accounting processes
- Serve as central contact for Germany and represent Country Finance Managers of Switzerland, Poland, and Romania
- Collaborate closely with the head office in London, Controlling, Finance Director, and international teams
