- Create IP training courses
- Create patents, utility models, trademarks, and designs
- Register patents, utility models, trademarks, and designs
- Manage granting and registration processes in Germany and abroad
- Enforce proprietary IP rights in Germany and abroad
- Defend proprietary IP rights in Germany and abroad
- Defend against third-party IP rights in Germany and abroad
- Support business units in Freedom-to-Operate Analyses in Germany and abroad
- Participate in creating IP regulations for contracts
- Perform IP Due Diligence
