Aufgaben
- Support Battery Project Teams cross-functionally with a focus on cost management
- Collect data from all departments to create a full cost picture
- Make costs transparent by supporting Project Controlling and finance
- Challenge costs with Tier 2 suppliers, plants, R&D, and all functions
- Optimize and reduce costs
- Help purchasing negotiate better conditions with Tier 2 suppliers
- Support data transfer to sales for offers and cost explanations
- Actively support cost explanations and discussions with customers
- Define VA/VE or cost improvement targets with purchasing, R&D, and OPQ
- Achieve cost improvement targets through continuous cost analyses
- Conduct benchmarks and tear-down activities
- Collaborate with business areas to define and implement commodity group strategies
- Conduct commercial negotiations
- Select innovative suppliers to ensure high quality standards
- Ensure sustainable and innovative products
