Anforderungen

• •Minimum 3 years experience in Cost Management or VA/VE
• •Strong cost-related challenging and arguing capabilities
• •Broad technical understanding in complex engineering projects
• •Analytical interdisciplinary and customer-oriented thinking
• •High networking and teamwork skills
• •Strong communication skills and self-confident appearance
• •Fluency in English and German
• •Safe handling of MS-Office and SAP
• •Professional experience of 3 or more years

Aufgaben

• •Support battery project teams through cross-functional cost management
• •Report functionally to the respective battery project managers
• •Collect data from all departments to create comprehensive cost overviews
• •Ensure cost transparency by supporting project controlling and finance
• •Challenge costs across R&D and manufacturing to optimize expenses
• •Assist purchasing in negotiating better conditions with Tier 2 suppliers
• •Transfer cost data to sales and support customer price discussions
• •Define cost improvement targets alongside purchasing and R&D
• •Conduct continuous cost analyses, benchmarks, and tear-down activities
• •Collaborate with business areas to implement commodity group strategies
