- Experience with AVA software iTWO 'RIB' is a plus
- Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level)

- Create precise budget and cost plans for project decisions
- Develop reliable cost estimates from feasibility to final verification
- Conduct ongoing project cost analysis and plausibility checks
- Update and monitor cost plans regularly, assessing changes
- Implement necessary budget adjustments in coordination with project management
- Prepare cost control reports and financial updates for management and stakeholders
- Maintain a cost database and central cost library for future projects
- Support funding applications and commercial reporting
- Participate in construction and client meetings to align project requirements
