In this role, you will shape CWS Hygiene's communication strategy by managing the internal employee platform and executing international campaigns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating engaging content, measuring its impact, and mentoring apprentices.

• •3+ years of professional experience in a comparable communications role
• •High degree of initiative, independence, and responsibility
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Strong relationship-building skills
• •Fluency in English and German
• •Proficiency in O365 applications
• •Photo and video editing skills

Aufgaben

• •Manage the internal employee platform, including the intranet and app
• •Develop engaging content and formats for the platform
• •Shape the strategic direction of the internal communication tools
• •Create and execute international communication campaigns focused on Operations, Engagement & Development, and IT
• •Transform ideas into compelling stories for various communication channels and events
• •Tailor content to different target groups
• •Measure, track, and report on the impact of communication activities
• •Support and guide apprentices in the Corporate Communications department
