- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent handling of MS Office applications
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Organized, proactive, and able to work under deadlines
Aufgaben
- Process dividend payments accurately and on time
- Reconcile dividend entitlements between internal systems and custodians/brokers
- Manage information for newly incoming events
- Handle corporate action notifications from issuers and custodians
- Answer CA-related inquiries from clients
- Investigate and clarify data mismatches with custodians
- Develop existing corporate action functionalities
- Collaborate with internal teams for comprehensive corporate actions support
- Update documentation for new functionalities and process changes
