- Proficiency in SAP Financial Consolidation/BOFC
- Strong communication skills
- Communication with management
- Communication with international stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work across functional boundaries
- Fluent business-level German skills
- Fluent business-level English skills

- Lead projects on accounting policy changes and business transactions
- Develop and monitor group consolidation policies
- Analyze new accounting standards
- Prepare position papers on financial accounting issues (IFRS/HGB)
- Support IFRS consolidated financial statement preparation
- Prepare notes and presentations for governing bodies
- Serve as a contact person for accounting issues
- Participate in projects and prepare board-level topics
