Aufgaben
- Initiate and manage strategic processes
- Support functional areas in data analysis and interpretation
- Make specific recommendations for action
- Provide accurate financial data analysis
- Perform detailed variance analysis
- Assist with budget planning and monthly budget analysis
- Conduct forecasting and ad-hoc modeling
- Support headcount and cost management
- Collaborate with the Controlling team to build budgets
- Understand and track budget variances
- Monitor key operational and financial metrics
- Produce monthly and quarterly management reports
- Update regular forecasts
- Drive growth and transparency
- Implement operational improvements
- Work closely with the finance function for FP&A input
- Provide financial planning and analysis advice
- Maximize data accuracy and flow
