Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in Controlling, Finance, or analytical business partnering in an international environment
- Strong business analytical skills, affinity for numbers and data, ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations
- Relevant experience in Excel and BI tools; SAP knowledge as a plus

Aufgaben
- Partner with logistics organization for budget-to-actual analyses
- Conduct ad hoc evaluations and scenario analyses
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports and KPIs
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Develop business cases for European warehouse footprint
- Analyze inventory levels and variances
- Track financial impacts of rework and scrapping activities
- Identify risks and opportunities in inventory management
- Participate in international and cross-functional projects
- Enhance controlling processes and reporting standards
- Collaborate on the development of digital tools
- Gain insight into leadership responsibilities
- Support stakeholder management and strategic decision-making
