Aufgaben
- Manage FX Sales Trading for European Real Money/Institutional clients
- Grow the FX client franchise in Continental Europe
- Participate in client forums across Continental Europe
- Support client forums across Continental Europe
- Develop new business opportunities
- Support cross-sell initiatives across State Street
- Book trades
- Monitor EFX win rates
- Optimize client flow across Spot, Swap, NDF
- Uphold the highest Code of Conduct standards
- Follow delegation limits and escalation procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and codes of conduct
- Adhere to FX sales and trading business limits
- Follow business unit guidelines for FX sales and trading
- Comply with counterpart credit limits
- Comply with US Swap Dealer requirements
- Comply with DF regulations
- Comply with EMIR regulations
- Comply with MiFID regulations
- Comply with all local regulations
- Maintain knowledge of internal compliance policies, guidelines, limits, and procedures
