Anforderungen
- •Completed degree (Bachelor or higher) in business, natural sciences, medicine, or a comparable field
- •High IT and digital affinity
- •Proficiency with standard tools like Microsoft Forms, Excel, bitly, etc.
- •Experience with email builders and CMS systems
- •Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- •Experience in email marketing advantageous
- •Knowledge in marketing automation and CRM systems advantageous
- •Basic knowledge in HTML desirable
- •Ability to translate technical requirements into functional business applications and act as an interface between marketing and IT/digital
- •Very good communication skills; fluent in German and English
- •Experience in corporate environment and resilience towards global processes advantageous
- •Solution-oriented, structured working style with strong focus on operational excellence
- •Experience in translating strategic goals into operational measures
- •Experience in marketing complex pharmaceutical or B2B products advantageous

- •Collaborate with brand managers to enhance content and personalization
- •Develop and maintain user journeys independently and with internal agencies
- •Monitor digital trends and identify opportunities for improving customer experience
- •Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
