- Lead post-sale technical implementation for Data Cloud
- Develop and implement technology strategies
- Provide architectural mentorship for system integration
- Manage executive relationships and partnerships
- Craft and implement customer consumption plans
- Coordinate across multiple internal selling teams
- Drive onboarding and enablement for workloads
- Leverage cross-functional resources for complex tasks
- Create points-of-view on accelerating use cases
- Liaise with Product and Engineering teams
- Report on KPIs and customer health
- Develop mutual success plans with customers
- Provide technical accountability for complex accounts
- Evangelize Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities
- Assess customer goals and provide recommendations
- Guide discovery conversations to identify client needs
- Advise on org strategy and governance
- Apply platform features to business priorities
- Identify risks and build mitigation plans
- Produce comprehensive adoption and enablement paths
- Identify customer business challenges and growth potential
- Cultivate relationships with IT and business leadership
- Network within accounts to support customer goals
- Recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory guides
- Communicate technical product changes and updates
- Advocate for features via customer feedback
- Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams
