Aufgaben
- Build and convert a strong pipeline of sustainability consulting opportunities
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, Sustainability, and Finance
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies for Scope 3 decarbonization and sustainable packaging solutions
- Partner with ERM account leaders to grow strategic client relationships, especially in manufacturing
- Develop compelling proposals and value-driven business cases
- Represent ERM at industry conferences, client forums, and thought leadership events
- Develop perspectives, case studies, and market insights for German and Central European clients
- Work with alliance partners and marketing teams to enhance ERM’s brand visibility and generate demand
- Help organizations understand the commercial and sustainability benefits of supply chain and packaging transformation
- Enhance and evolve ERM’s integrated consulting propositions
- Drive greater digital enablement and data-led delivery approaches
- Collaborate with technical experts, delivery teams, and strategic partners to develop scalable solutions
- Mentor and develop consultants across Germany and Central Europe
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Oversee large, complex sustainability transformation programs
- Manage project governance, quality, commercial performance, and stakeholder engagement
- Bring together multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions from strategy to implementation
- Ensure every engagement creates measurable value and lasting impact for clients
