Aufgaben
- Design and deliver Veeva Align solutions for territory design, roster management, targeting, and cycle planning
- Own delivery workstreams for Align implementation and migration projects
- Gather requirements and translate them into scalable configuration and data workflows
- Create functional documentation including configuration specifications and test plans
- Provide guidance on Align best practices and system behavior
- Support change management activities like user training and process alignment
- Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders through clear communication
- Contribute to internal initiatives to improve delivery quality and team enablement
- Share lessons learned and maintain consistent delivery standards
