Anforderungen
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2+ years experience in safeguarding functions (operational risk management, non-financial risks, resilience, or project management)
- Relevant business experience in ERM, Operational Risk Management, Internal Risk & Controls Systems (including framework design/implementation, risk methodologies) or Business Continuity Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Incident/Crisis coordination, or other resilience areas
- Experience in risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, internal controls testing, or mitigation solutions (a plus)
- Knowledge of insurance industry, financial services, or consulting methodologies/tools/techniques (preferred)
- Relevant experience in project management, change management, business transformation, or initiative development/implementation (desired)
- Experience managing internal/external clients (consulting) and client focus (desired)
- Good communication skills with diverse audiences and seniority levels
- Excellent command of English for presentations/reports
- Other languages (a plus)
- Problem-solving mindset
- Pronounced capacity for analytical thinking
- PowerPoint and Excel skills (complex functions)
- Experience in other GRC tools (preferred)
- German language skills (desired, a clear plus)
- Genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT)
- Genuine interest and affinity for Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)
