Anforderungen
- Experience processing terrestrial laser scanning data and point cloud registration workflows
- Experience supporting reality capture, verification, BIM, survey, or digital construction deliverables on large-scale construction projects
- Experience working with BIM models and construction documentation for design vs. as-built comparison
- Experience on semiconductor, data centre, pharmaceutical, mission-critical, cleanroom, or large industrial projects (advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of point cloud processing, registration QA/QC, and scan data management
- Understanding of survey control, coordinate systems, design grids, tolerances, and measurement uncertainty
- Experience with scan-to-model verification, tolerance-based comparison, deviation analysis, and automated reporting
- Ability to interrogate BIM models using Revit and Navisworks
- Good construction awareness, particularly around MEP, structural, architectural, process, and industrial installations
- Ability to produce clear, accurate, and consistent verification reports
- Strong Excel skills and ability to prepare structured data for Power BI reporting

- Process raw terrestrial laser scan data
- Register and QA/QC point cloud data
- Ensure accurate alignment to project survey control and design grid
- Identify and escalate scan registration issues
- Prepare clean, structured point cloud datasets
- Execute design intent versus as-built verification
- Run model-to-point cloud comparisons
- Generate deviation analysis and tolerance checks
- Create compliance outputs and installation accuracy reports
- Validate installed construction components against approved models
- Prepare clear verification reports and issue summaries
- Support daily operations meetings and client reporting
- Maintain verification trackers and structured datasets
