- Strong background in Processes, Methods & Tools (PM&T) related to PLM
- Experience in design activities and creation of definition dossiers within Engineering Office, ideally in aeronautics industry
- Proficiency in process modeling and digitalization
- Ability to work effectively in transnational environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Problem-solving mindset, solution-oriented and curious
Aufgaben
- Translate business needs into IT requirements
- Identify opportunities for business development
- Contribute to digital transformation roadmap
- Understand customer's business processes and success measures
- Formulate functional and non-functional requirements
- Advise on information solution lifecycle
- Evaluate impact of solutions on change management
- Collaborate with IT Product Manager
- Align solutions with evolving customer needs
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Provide IT solutions and concepts
- Support IT Product Manager in product planning
- Document current challenges and future requirements
- Produce documentation for customer needs
- Serve as liaison between Product Management and technical teams
- Ensure integrity of delivered solutions
