- Extensive experience in automotive/autonomous driving industry
- Several years of experience in automated/autonomous driving projects
- Proven experience managing complex software/system integration
- Experience in OEM or Tier-1 supplier projects
- Strong background in automotive series development processes
- Strong background in safety-critical systems
- Shaping technical project management framework for next-gen vehicles
- Introducing scalable processes, methods, and tools
- Driving lessons learned and organizational maturity
- Proven experience in software/system/variant configuration management
- Configuration management in Automotive / Autonomous Driving
- Robotaxi / Autonomous Driving (L4) Expertise
- Strong understanding of sensor systems (LiDAR, radar, camera)
- Strong understanding of perception, localization, and planning systems
- Hands-on experience with Polarion, DOORS, Jira, Git/GitLab
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Vector tools, or comparable environments
- Experience with release processes, baseline management, and change control
- Knowledge of vehicle networks, middleware, HPC architectures
- Knowledge of software/sensor dependencies

Aufgaben
- Define and maintain L4 software integration landscape
- Manage project configurations and software release baselines
- Coordinate with development, AI/perception teams, architecture, integration, testing, and suppliers
- Ensure consistency between requirements, software versions, sensor setups, and vehicle configurations
- Manage change control processes and configuration approvals
- Support integration, simulation, and validation activities
- Analyze and track configuration deviations and integration conflicts
- Prepare project status reports and maturity assessments
- Support SOP and release management activities
- Collaborate within international and cross-functional project teams
