As a Compliance Officer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that the company meets and exceeds regulatory standards. Your role involves developing compliance programs, managing risk assessments, and promoting a culture of ethical compliance throughout the organization.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field
• •Proven experience in compliance within financial services, fintech, or crypto sectors
• •Deep understanding of BaFin Rulebooks, (EU) regulations, and global compliance standards
• •Sound judgement and ability to operate autonomously
• •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Aufgaben

• •Develop and implement a compliance monitoring program
• •Serve as the primary contact for BaFin
• •Ensure accurate submissions and timely reporting
• •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and guidance
• •Identify and escalate compliance breaches
• •Oversee corrective actions for compliance issues
• •Manage ongoing compliance risk assessments
• •Draft and maintain compliance policies
• •Deliver Board reports on compliance risks
• •Lead training to promote regulatory awareness
• •Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability
