Anforderungen
- Minimum 10 years financial services experience, preferably in compliance or legal
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree, legal studies or Markets businesses experience preferred
- Good regulatory understanding (MaRisk, MaComp, MiFID, MAR, EU implementation)
- Strong understanding of policies, procedures, and controls
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks in high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to make independent decisions, develop creative solutions, manage implementation
- Project management experience in cross-functional teams
Aufgaben
- Deliver the advisory Compliance Program for business units
- Support timely completion of the oversight program
- Identify and resolve risks and issues impacting compliance
- Build strong relationships with compliance and business colleagues
- Independently conduct assigned responsibilities within the Compliance function
- Execute complex tasks and analyses to support business goals
- Provide regulatory advice for Markets product suite and marketing
- Review and assess the impact of new regulations
- Collaborate with business areas to implement necessary changes
- Engage in advocacy and industry discussions
- Analyze and interpret policies and regulations for business units
- Provide challenge to the business regarding regulatory adherence
- Communicate required corrective actions to senior management
- Identify and escalate potential breaches of requirements
- Assist in developing and implementing remedial actions
- Support drafting and maintaining policies and procedures
- Support developing and maintaining corresponding training
- Cooperate with Global Markets, Treasury, and Credit Finance Compliance teams
- Participate in review of new business initiatives, products, and services
- Ensure regulatory compliance for Requests for Proposal and marketing materials
- Prepare business for regulatory and third-party examinations
- Assist with regulatory and third-party examinations
- Lead direct interactions with regulators
