Anforderungen

• •4+ years experience in compliance and data protection
• •Experience in internal audits or corporate investigations
• •Understanding of whistleblower protection legal frameworks
• •Grasp of EU Whistleblowing Directive and AML Package
• •Knowledge of international anti-corruption standards
• •Relevant compliance or privacy certifications
• •Fluency in English and Spanish or German
• •Ability to explain compliance to non-legal stakeholders
• •Proactive, self-motivated, and high integrity

Aufgaben

• •Design and implement internal ABC and AML policies
• •Manage whistleblowing channels and reporting protocols
• •Coordinate discreet investigations into conduct breaches
• •Document and remediate internal fraud cases
• •Screen partners against global sanctions lists
• •Resolve potential KYC and sanctions hits
• •Perform compliance due diligence for M&A workstreams
• •Flag regulatory risks during corporate acquisitions
• •Conduct risk-based due diligence on new vendors
• •Manage the Third Party Risk Management workflow
• •Draft DPIAs and TIAs for vendor integrations
• •Maintain accurate data mapping for corporate functions
• •Translate complex legal rules into actionable guidance
