Aufgaben

• •Build and maintain the Compliance Management System
• •Focus on data compliance and GDPR requirements
• •Help teams understand and apply data protection standards
• •Manage the company's Record of Processing Activities
• •Support the conclusion of data protection agreements
• •Coordinate the local policy management system
• •Drive recurring global risk management activities
• •Implement effective compliance controls
• •Advise the German entity on anti-corruption and sanctions
• •Manage compliance for gifts, invitations, and sponsorships
• •Act as a contact for whistleblowing and integrity
• •Improve internal processes and documentation
• •Conduct compliance consultations, workshops, and training sessions
