- Collaborate with managers and P&C partners on compensation solutions
- Implement strategic direction of the P&C Reward and Recognition chapter
- Ensure fair and competitive employee compensation
- Lead continuous improvement projects for employee motivation
- Develop programs that value and motivate employees
- Drive innovative compensation solutions compliant with regulations
- Provide expert guidance on complex compensation topics
- Support communication of rewards programs as part of Employee Value proposition
- Upskill and educate People Leaders on reward topics
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the compensation function
