In this role, you will play a key part in shaping a fair compensation landscape by coordinating EU Pay Transparency efforts, collaborating with various departments, and designing training materials. Your contributions will help ensure competitive remuneration practices and support career development.

Anforderungen

• •3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Human Resources
• •Knowledge of common grading frameworks (e.g. WTW, Mercer)
• •Team player with collaboration skills
• •Analytical and quality mindset
• •Proactivity and organizational skills
• •Proficiency in MS Office, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• •Fluency in English and German

Aufgaben

• •Coordinate the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
• •Collaborate with colleagues in other EU countries for a harmonized approach
• •Co-create implementation concepts with Recruiting, Communications, and Legal
• •Design training and communication materials for line managers and employees
• •Shape and maintain a clear grading framework and transparent salary structures
• •Prepare decision documents for the Supervisory Board and Managing Board
• •Contribute to the evolution of the Managing Board’s remuneration system
• •Assist in the annual preparation of the remuneration report
