• •Perform medical examinations and employee consultations
• •Develop preventive programs for health management
• •Manage the company medical service and outpatient operations
• •Organize and conduct regular medical consultation hours
• •Advise the crisis team on emergency management
• •Plan medical emergency response procedures
• •Support company integration management and employee reintegration
• •Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations
• •Fulfill all medical documentation obligations
