In this role, you will ensure compliance with fiduciary and regulatory requirements while developing governance dashboards and supporting financial planning. Your work will safeguard the financial integrity of NewCo Robotics and facilitate informed decision-making.

Anforderungen

• •Current work authorization for Germany and country-specific permits
• •High skill in financial governance frameworks, fiduciary processes, statutory reporting, and data-driven analysis
• •3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Fiduciary/Statutory Reporting
• •Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities
• •Depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
• •Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• •Ease of communication in English and German

Aufgaben

• •Develop and maintain fiduciary and governance dashboards
• •Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with corporate standards
• •Support financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• •Deliver accurate and timely insights for decision-making
• •Validate financial data and statutory submissions
• •Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with local reporting requirements
• •Collaborate with GBS Finance teams to define fiduciary obligations
• •Secure delivery of statutory reporting activities
• •Coordinate with external auditors by providing required data and documentation
• •Support audit-related inquiries
• •Serve as primary liaison with tax authorities
• •Manage communications and coordinate data collection
• •Monitor changes in local tax legislation
• •Prepare statutory GAAP reports in alignment with company policies and legal timelines
