- Current work authorization for Germany and country-specific permits
- High skill in financial governance frameworks, fiduciary processes, statutory reporting, and data-driven analysis
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Fiduciary/Statutory Reporting
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities
- Depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Ease of communication in English and German
Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain fiduciary and governance dashboards
- Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with corporate standards
- Support financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Deliver accurate and timely insights for decision-making
- Validate financial data and statutory submissions
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with local reporting requirements
- Collaborate with GBS Finance teams to define fiduciary obligations
- Secure delivery of statutory reporting activities
- Coordinate with external auditors by providing required data and documentation
- Support audit-related inquiries
- Serve as primary liaison with tax authorities
- Manage communications and coordinate data collection
- Monitor changes in local tax legislation
- Prepare statutory GAAP reports in alignment with company policies and legal timelines
