Aufgaben

• •Manage online community spaces
• •Organize discussions and update content
• •Route or resolve user questions efficiently
• •Prepare and publish engaging community content
• •Create how-to guides and event recaps
• •Develop member highlights and expert tips
• •Collaborate with Marketing, Services, Product, and Ecosystem stakeholders
• •Align community content with current priorities
• •Coordinate logistics for community events
• •Prepare promotional materials for events
• •Assist with event follow-up activities
• •Offer guidance and answer user questions
• •Help users navigate platform features and tools
• •Gather feedback from community members
• •Transform member insights into user experience improvements
• •Participate in cross-functional team syncs
• •Contribute to global community knowledge-sharing
