- Professional experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, Sales Support, or project environment

- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Teams, and quotation/calculation tools
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary, international team collaboration
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken

- Set up upgrade projects
- Manage rollout and upgrade projects
- Set up customer orders
- Book customer orders
- Track customer orders
- Collaborate with international sales support
- Support standard order process

- Support invoice tracking
- Create purchase orders
- Follow up on purchase orders
