- Proven experience in international corporate environment and delivering/optimizing global harmonized training programs
- Strong understanding of commercial processes and field execution
Aufgaben
- Support global commercial strategy translation into learning journeys
- Plan and deliver global commercial skills and training programs
- Gather and analyze training needs from business units
- Design and develop training materials in various formats
- Align training programs with business goals and performance
- Maintain accurate and timely training records and surveys
- Follow up with learners for skill application and development
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and coordinate experts
- Partner with Training Operations and Learning Design for updates
- Drive quality and continuous improvement in training content
- Contribute to budget accountability for training initiatives
