Anforderungen
- •Experience selling software into hospitals or medical clinics
- •Proven experience with healthcare partnerships, sales, or business development in health-tech, med-tech, or SaaS companies
- •Strong track record of closing strategic partnerships in complex, regulated environments
- •Deep knowledge of the DACH healthcare ecosystem
- •Strong local network and ability to build trusted relationships
- •Comfortable navigating clinical, commercial, and technical conversations
- •Native in German and fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- •Independent operator with ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- •Passion for improving healthcare delivery through impactful innovation
- •Experience working with or selling into EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms
- •Background in medtech, digital health, or regulated software
- •Familiarity with EU/Swiss regulatory and compliance environments
- •Experience in startup or high-growth environments, especially launching new markets

- •Represent Tandem at meetings, events, and conferences
- •Gather market insights to inform product development and strategy
- •Help build customer success and support infrastructure for partners
