Aufgaben

• •Act as the main financial sparring partner for the VP and management team in Commercial Germany
• •Lead the monthly performance management cycle and drive performance reviews with the commercial management team
• •Oversee the financial planning process, including budgeting and forecasting, to set ambitious yet realistic targets
• •Provide actionable financial insights and data to support informed business decisions
• •Assist commercial teams with business cases for new initiatives and track their impact
• •Identify risks and opportunities in the business and support mitigation or realization efforts
• •Build strong cross-functional relationships with group functions and local operations for alignment
• •Support the professionalization and development of the finance function
