- Longstanding experience in commercial excellence, sales management, or related roles
- Substantial relevant experience in fire detection/extinguisher business
- Experience in matrix organizations
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive change and process improvement
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools
- Flexibility to travel

- Leverage sales management and marketing best practices
- Ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Monitor commercial performance metrics
- Evaluate commercial strategy effectiveness
- Make data-driven recommendations
- Lead training and development initiatives
- Lead matrix sales teams to achieve revenue goals
- Align with branch leadership on action plans
- Gather and analyze market, regulatory, and customer insights
- Identify growth and improvement opportunities
- Build strategic initiatives from identified opportunities
- Collaborate on go-to-market optimization
- Collaborate on pricing strategy optimization
- Collaborate on product offering optimization
- Contribute to Mobile's overall success
- Serve on the Mobile Business leadership team
- Assess market and competitive positioning using analytical tools
- Lead projects enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction
- Facilitate communication between sales and other departments
- Share insights and best practices
- Provide hands-on support to local sales teams
- Represent Mobile to customers with local sales teams
- Conduct regular sales and performance reviews
- Define actions with branch leadership
- Report to the Managing Director
