Anforderungen
- •4+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Pricing Management in an international B2B environment
- •Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field
- •Strong background in sales process optimization, pricing execution, KPI-based performance management, and customer segmentation
- •Hands-on experience in monitoring sales performance, using KPIs to drive actions, and working with commercial tools (Excel, BI, CRM, or pricing systems)
- •Proven ability to drive change and collaborate across matrix organizations with cross-functional and international teams
- •Excellent stakeholder management skills
- •Solid understanding of pricing strategies, discounting logic, and commercial governance
- •Structured working style, strong analytical mindset, and business-driven thinking
- •Experience in the solar, renewable energy, or technical wholesale sector is a strong plus
- •Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
