- Completed academic degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, Civil Engineering, or similar studies

- Ability to be a strategic commercial sparring partner and good negotiator with understanding of construction processes
- Good IT knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office and SAP; experience with budgeting software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written; German and/or any other language a plus

- Coordinate commercial tasks during project execution and tender stages
- Oversee and evaluate major international projects
- Control costs and plan budgets
- Prepare reports and manage risks
- Handle cash management activities
- Provide commercial support to subsidiaries abroad
- Monitor and evaluate project costs
- Conduct deviation analysis
- Prepare executive summary reports
