- Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Develop machining strategies using SIEMENS NX CAM
- Program 5-axis machines using Heidenhain and G-code
- Modify CAD models and manufacturing-ready data
- Design tooling and fixturing for complex machining
- Manufacture individual parts and small batches
- Follow technical drawings and 3D models
- Supervise machine operations and adjust parameters
- Perform in-process inspections with precision measuring tools
- Maintain machines, tools, and equipment
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting
- Optimize programs and machining strategies
- Improve workflow efficiency and quality
