- Experience using Office 365 products
- May visit job site in industrial/shipboard environment
- Not normally required to lift more than 40 pounds
Aufgaben
- Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and scope
- Oversee all aspects of project's onsite personnel
- Set deadlines and assign responsibilities
- Monitor and summarize project progress for compliance with contract deliverables
- Prepare reports for government customers and program managers on project status
- Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables meet scope and budget
- Manage operational aspects of ongoing projects
- Liaise between project management, planning, project team, and line management
- Serve as primary point of contact for project-related items
- Manage personnel, performance, scope, schedule, and budget for contract support team
- Review project status and budgets
- Prepare status reports
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and problem-solving
- Provide technical and financial management of tasks and milestones
- Manage relationships and expectations with USAFE, contractual partners, and employees
- Evaluate project milestone and budget progress
- Modify work to ensure project quality, schedule, and budget
- Engage with key government client stakeholders
- Develop monthly status reports detailing work performed, schedule, and issues
- Facilitate development of information deliverables for USAFE contract
- Analyze business requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
