Aufgaben
- Ensure reliable, compliant, and cost-effective cloud operations
- Own daily operations for SaaS applications in cloud environments
- Maintain strict adherence to SLAs and enterprise standards
- Establish and maintain operational governance for COTS and third-party SaaS solutions
- Align processes with security and regulatory requirements
- Lead incident management and hands-on troubleshooting
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and post-mortems
- Develop and refine runbooks and operational workflows
- Create and monitor KPIs and escalation processes
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors for SLA compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Security, Architecture, Finance, and external partners
- Align cloud operations with strategic business goals
- Execute end-to-end improvement initiatives
