Anforderungen

  • •Degree in life science, medical/office apprenticeship, or pharmaceutical experience
  • •Fluent German (C1) and good English
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • •Perform daily administrative activities for the Trial Master File
  • •Update systems tracking site compliance and performance
  • •Distribute and archive clinical documentation and reports
  • •Conduct periodic reviews of study files for completeness
  • •Manage clinical trial supplies and tracking information
  • •Track Case Report Forms and clinical data flow
  • •Act as the central contact for project communications
