In this role, you will serve as the technical liaison for endoluminal reprocessing solutions, conducting research, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance while advocating for customer needs during product development.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• •Experience or strong interest in medical procedures and reprocessing, with applicable certifications
• •Minimum 4 years of industry experience
• •Experience working directly with customers in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• •Success collaborating with international, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
• •Experience navigating complex or high-tension situations
• •Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• •Acts as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after appropriate training
• •Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%, often on short notice
• •Fluency in English and German

Aufgaben

• •Execute exploratory reprocessing research programs
• •Develop and implement project plans for research programs
• •Collaborate with commercial, clinical, and market teams to prioritize expansion targets
• •Engage stakeholders and conduct site assessments to understand local reprocessing needs
• •Deliver tailored information sessions and ensure compliance with local regulations
• •Monitor outcomes and share learnings with leadership for continuous program improvement
• •Gather feedback from end users and external partners as the voice of the customer
• •Identify customer challenges and advocate effective solutions
• •Support validation and launch strategies, including hands-on field training
• •Review documentation to ensure clarity and compliance
