- Pursuing Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- Initial professional experience; internship in consulting is a plus
- Experience in an international environment is highly desirable
- Interest in data analysis, including data collection and interpretation
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas and data manipulation) required
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools, especially Looker, is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interaction
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong desire to learn and grow
- Fluency in English is essential
- Proficiency in other languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) is a strong plus

- Craft highly individualized solutions for global enterprises
- Understand partners’ core business needs and DNA
- Build bespoke frameworks to support industry leadership
- Scan market for emerging industry trends
- Perform competitor benchmarking
- Leverage external data and internal analytics
- Build cost-saving simulations
- Create compelling business cases for solutions
- Develop high-impact client resources
- Design polished slide decks
- Create intuitive data visualizations
- Produce clear documentation
- Build and maintain internal knowledge base
- Create Notion pages and templates
- Prepare client workshops
- Design workshop agendas and slides
- Manage workshop logistics
- Facilitate alignment between internal teams
- Ensure client needs are met
