- Vet consultants and source niche expertise
- Build strong consultant shortlists for clients
- Prepare consultants for client interviews
- Provide timely post-interview feedback
- Drive consultant review process with clients
- Lead negotiations between clients and consultants
- Finalize project scope, deliverables, and pricing
- Get high-value contracts signed
- Exceed contract signing targets
- Monitor active consulting engagements
- Identify opportunities for project extensions
