- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for funds and mandates
- Collaborate on report development and automation
- Respond to ad hoc questions from clients and prospects
- Communicate investment approach, philosophy, and portfolio positioning
- Partner with client teams during advanced sales stages
- Proactively support client retention efforts
- Ensure best-in-class standards for client engagement follow-up
- Originate and approve investment content and marketing messages
- Maintain in-depth investment knowledge by attending meetings
- Review research reports and utilize information services
