- Master the client journey to build long-term relationships
- Engage proactively with existing and potential clients
- Deliver impeccable Valentino Couture Service at every phase
- Achieve CRM targets through active engagement
- Implement personalized reach-out campaigns
- Utilize clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks on time
- Capture client data and note qualitative information
- Know your portfolio of customers and their preferences
- Work consistently to meet sales, KPIs, and CRM targets
- Discover clients' needs and guide them across all brand categories
- Curate looks based on current fashion and seasonal trends
- Develop strong product and fit knowledge through training
- Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences
- Organize merchandise and create a welcoming environment
- Stay informed about new arrivals and seasonal events
- Assist with sales and after-sales activities
- Ensure product maintenance and replenish stock on the floor
- Know warehouse stock to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the team for seamless store operations
- Liaise with the Visual team to follow display guidelines
