- •Initial experience in purchasing, ideally in a trading environment or project purchasing
- •Very good German and good English skills (spoken/written)
- •Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- •Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
- •Experience with KPIs and process optimization
- •Independent, structured, and diligent working style
- •High adaptability in an agile work environment

- •Determine and evaluate national and international suppliers
- •Optimize sourcing in collaboration with the SRM
- •Qualify supplier feedback, quotations, and order confirmations
- •Enter data into the SAP system
- •Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts
- •Procure goods and services independently
- •Resolve and prevent complaints with suppliers and Customer Service
- •Monitor and process worklists in the SAP system
- •Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Logistics, and Expediting
- •Communicate continuously with relevant departments to optimize processes
- •Design and support the expansion of supplier relationships
