- Technology strategy consulting experience and strong troubleshooting/problem analysis skills are an advantage
- Excellent communication and team skills, fluent in German & English
- Experience in workshop preparation and facilitation with senior participants
- Exceptional MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proven track record supporting or leading successful digital transformation projects
- Experience in a team or project lead role is desirable
Aufgaben
- Prepare regular updates for Group CIO and COO
- Provide strategic advice to Group CIO and COO
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders
- Establish group-wide business enablement platforms
- Guide cloud technology adoption for application development
- Support data analytics and AI model creation
- Integrate Digital and Agile Transformation initiatives
- Streamline processes to improve business performance
- Foster communication within IT communities
- Moderate and coordinate workshops
- Create documentation for IT strategy Working Groups
- Support operationalization within IT communities
