- Orchestrate Management Board and Supervisory Board meetings
- Ensure alignment and collaboration across the Board
- Serve as the link between the CEO and stakeholders
- Manage requests for CEO engagement with discretion
- Support CEO communications for clarity and impact
- Coordinate the CEO’s agenda and commitments efficiently
- Oversee executive logistics, including travel and reimbursements
- Maintain clarity across incoming requests and correspondence
- Track progress on Board and CEO actions for accountability
- Enhance processes within the CEO Office for efficiency
- Support planning and execution of Evotec’s transformation programme
- Ensure visibility and alignment across major enterprise initiatives
